Our Mission

Reinvention is Key

Our vision is to reinvent the electrical industry in terms of satisfying customers and improving the quality of worklife. Our mission is to serve and satisfy customers using project management best practices to define work requirements, deliver high quality contracting services, and assure the pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

Skilled, Experienced Professionals for Your Project Needs

NorPro, LLC., established by Northline Utilities, LLC. in 2018, provides the utility construction industry with specialized professional construction management services. Maintaining Northline’s vision to reinvent the electrical contracting industry, NorPro integrates the expert knowledge and experience of construction professionals into utility project oversight and management.

A New Model

Historically, electric and gas utility companies have relied on in-house staff, engineering firms, or general contractors to supervise and coordinate construction projects. NorPro provides the industry with a new model that includes innovative staff development programs, workforce differentiation, and training customized for leading, managing, and supporting utility projects and storm response.

Utilizing the leadership, industry experience, organizational assets and safety culture of a long-standing, successful construction company, like Northline, NorPro is uniquely qualified and highly effective.

Added Value

NorPro is positioned to provide value-added customer support for the electric and gas utility industry ahead.

We see this responsibility as two-fold: First, to provide meaningful opportunities for seasoned industry professionals and military veterans to transfer experience and knowledge through mentoring and coaching. Secondly, NorPro will continue reinventing industry by building a diverse workforce that will create a highly innovative sustainable model for supporting the utility construction needs of our clients.

We also have a robust Career Development Program that demonstrates our commitment to the personal growth of our professional staff and new recruits.

Experience

Our workforce is qualified for every task they perform and our training programs reinforce practical skills and promote career development. Training and continuing education opportunities are limitless at Northline and NorPro has access to as many technical, practical, and management training programs needed to expand the knowledge of our professional staff. Our employees have access to an abundance of technical, project management, and leadership training programs to expand their professional knowledge and enhance their performance.

We are committed to developing an environment that supports mentoring and coaching. The transfer of knowledge and experience from senior personnel to new recruits is critical to our continued success and company growth.

Safety

We can assist in fulfilling your needs in the area of project safety audits and support. Our experienced staff, many of whom possess the accredited CUSP (Certified Utility Safety Professional) credential, can support our clients in the areas of onsite safety and facility safety compliance.

We can provide on-site program oversight to assist your needs for training, auditing, and supporting your company or project specific environmental safety and health plans. Our services range from serving as a “safety coach” to personnel on sites to performing audits to verify compliance with policies and programs. We can support the project management teams in the achievement of your safety program goals, thereby reducing costly incidents and improving overall project success.
